About the Job:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Benchmark Senior Living, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also be responsible for documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Additionally, you will engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support, utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.50-$19.75/hr, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available on all shifts. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
