Your responsibilities :
Prepare preliminary, conceptual and final bids.
Review and analyze specifications and tender documents.
Perform quantity surveys using Bluebeam and Excel.
Submit requests for information and prices to suppliers.
Use Opera and Excel to establish prices.
Draft list of inclusions, exclusions and qualifications.
Collaborate with sales team to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy of quotes.
Participate in project reviews to optimize bids and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with project managers for modifications to projects obtained.
• DEC, BAC ou certificat en architecture, estimation ou génie de la construction.
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction.
• Excellente compréhension des plans architecturaux et des devis.
• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
