POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES The Practice Manager is responsible for developing and implementing programs and processes to achieve greater productivity, consistency and outcomes for the departments managed. This position works collaboratively with the department directors to meet and improve dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation and recommendations for change. This position shall develop departmental capital, operational budgets and provide input into the budgeting process. This position is responsible for employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments relative to key initiatives. This position provides transformational leadership and builds relationships, networks and alliances to achieve strategic goals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of two years' experience in business operations is preferred. Knowledge of lean training is preferred. LICENSURE Current RN licensure in the State of Texas. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
