Certification Details General Certification Requirements: BLS. Other Certs Required for all PT: BLS. Job Details Physical Therapist position available. The position includes working with Inpatient PT. Job Requirements 1 year preferred experience - new grads will be considered as well. TX PT license required to be in hand. Schedule Information Typical schedule is 8-5, M-F. Weekend Requirement: Saturday rotation as needed (every 6th Saturday) - Will get 1/2 day Friday off when scheduled for Saturday. Unit Specific Information Unit includes Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, and Outpatient services - with assistance with Swingbed. No PTAs on staff. Department specific orientation: 1 - 8 hr shift of orientation; M-F, 8a-5p, 1/2 Saturday every 6 weeks. Additional Details of patients treated per day: 10-12 per day total. Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual.
