Position Overview Sepro America LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects, including scheduling installations and managing staff coordination. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project success. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Schedule installations and coordinate staff to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Client Interaction Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering clear and proactive communication. Ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and expectations. Team Collaboration & Resource Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to deliver high-quality results. Effectively schedule and allocate resources to meet project demands and timelines. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and time-management skills with experience in staff scheduling and resource planning. Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external clients. PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
