- This is an inpatient role for the NICU and when the provider is working, they are responsible for NICU rounds and on-call during this time.
- There is an outpatient clinic every Thursday located at the hospital and runs concurrently with NICU.
- Neonatologist participates in the clinic.
- Expectation is 8AM-4PM in-house.
- On call response time is 20 minutes.

- How many beds in the NICU? 16 can take up to 20
- Would the Neonatologist be required to see any Pediatric Patients? No
- Do they attend all deliveries? High Risk Only
- Is the Neonatologist required to attend all C-sections? High Risk Only
- Patients Per Day: Average daily census 9-11 infants
- % of IP & OP Volume: Average NICU admissions are 20 per month. Outpatient is one day a week up to 7 patients
- Physicians in Practice: One full-time Neonatologist, 5 mid-levels that are in-house 24/7 to support this role and patient care.
- Call: When on-call the Neonatologist is on-call 24/7 for this time.

- Will the locums be supervising other healthcare providers: Yes
- Is air ambulance available? Yes
- Provider needs to note non PHI details for OT and Callback hours.
- Must use pager and Spectra Link phone provided for communication purposes.
- Must adhere to dress code policy.
