Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP, 6 Months 1 year, or until a permanent provider is hired.
• Preferred Schedule: Clinic is open from 8:30 8pm most days. Flexibility in hours (3/12s or 4/10s or 5/8s). No Call
• Worksite Setting: Community Health Center/Clinic
• Scope of Work: A full-time Family or Internal Med Physician to be a part of a faith-based, community health center in rural Appalachia. Support Staff exists of front desk team, nursing staff (CMA, CNA, LPN), APPS, admin support staff, provider liaison. Goal is 2.3 patients per hour. All ages, but a focus on adults in this role.
