- Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls with outstanding customer service satisfaction.
- Answering questions from customers and addressing concerns.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Experience Required for Your Success - High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience working with customers in a phone-based role
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic typing skills
- Proven customer specialist experience
- Must have a reliable internet connection
