Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
- Work with Supervisor and Logistics on inbound reports.
- Review outstanding shipments and provide reporting.
- Collaborate with Web and Ops and resolving orders that are short.
- Oversee receiving for store transfers and cleanouts.
- Assist with non-merchandise deliveries.
- Create and manage a VAS tracker.
- Collaborate on various projections (inbound, outbound, trucking).
- Review and resolve shortage reports from 3PL.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor cycle count and manual adjustment reports.
- Ensure accurate transactions within the POS system.
- Provide adjustment reports to Operations and Finance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and 3PL to resolve inventory issues.
Marketing, Archive & Misc. Requests:
- Manage seeding requests from VIP & Marketing, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Process transactions in VRP to reflect completed orders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Logistics on inbound seeding Pos.
- Manage archive requests from and to 3PL.
- Handle pull requests from HQ Office for various departments.
- Coordinate with 3PL on miscellaneous requests (QC, VAS).
- Provide reports on non-B2B/B2C shipments.

Travel: Travel to our warehouse in Phillipsburg, New Jersey will be monthly or more as needed. Travel to our Toronto warehouse will be every other month or as needed. This is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
