We are looking to match Family Medicine Physicians with practices located in urban and underserved communities, along with locations North, East, South and West of Pittsburgh. If you desire to practice in a more rural area, those opportunities are available, too. Full-scope Family Medicine opportunities range from outpatient only to a mix of clinical with inpatient work.
Available Family Medicine Opportunities:
- Grove City Area- Practice to be named (Grove City, PA)
- Union Primary Care (New Castle, PA)
- Valley Family Medicine (Lower Burrell, PA)
You can expect to be compensated with a base salary and the opportunity to earn additional incentives. You can maximize your annual income with a Shared Savings Plan based on quality metrics and an APP Utilization Program. CMI encourages a healthy work-life balance by offering remote work with support for physicians to provide virtual visits for their patients.
Physician resources to help you achieve these incentives include social work, behavioral health and nutritionist professionals assigned to your practice for easy referrals, diabetic retinal exams read by an Ophthalmologist in every practice, and partnerships with UPMC Health Plan. Additionally, a team of administrative leaders are responsible for practice operations, so that you can focus on patient care and settling into our team of 350 world-class Primary Care Physicians.
Primary Care Physician Job Qualifications:
- Medical Degree
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA certification
