Overview
The Lead Retail Sales Representative's main function is to oversee and maintain the operations of the retails stores on property.
Responsibilities

• Assists Retail Manager in all functions of Retail Operations within the hotel, as directed
• Assists Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all retail shops and vending
• Hiring, training, and scheduling of retail and vending staff
• Responsible for daily ordering for gift shops and vending
• Directly supervises all Retail Sales Representatives and Retail Stock Persons
• Assists in monthly inventory

Qualifications

• At least one year or more of security experience in a high-volume hotel or casino
• Must be at least 21 years of age
