Integration Warehouse Operations Specialist

Long-term Contract

Up to 75% Travel

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled M&A Integration Warehouse Operations Specialist (M&A IOS) with expertise in warehouse operations to join our expanding Integration Management Office (IMO) team. The M&A IOS will be responsible for fostering a positive and harmonious culture while seamlessly implementing warehouse and operational processes. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Professional representation of client
  • Proficiency in understanding and training others on company warehouse processes, including RF gun usage, shipping and receiving processes and applications, cycle counts, warehouse, product, and bin location preparation and maintenance, and a detailed understanding of warehouse SKU details
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Capability to work extended hours in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend and execute project plans
  • Complete assigned tasks within expected time frames
  • Analyze and document legacy business processes and procedures
  • Exceed warehouse and operational KPIs, including timelines, delivery, and communication
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and IMO teammates across functional areas
  • Maintain a stable and calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead teams in conducting full inventory counts
  • Plan resource allocation and identify additional company resources needed for successful integration
