Job Description

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll deliver high-quality travel assistance, helping clients plan and experience exceptional trips. You will respond to inquiries, arrange travel plans, provide recommendations, and handle any travel issues before, during, or after their journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support and Engagement:
•Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, or in person, offering detailed information about destinations, packages, and services.
•Listen closely to clients' needs and preferences, providing tailored travel recommendations and solutions.
•Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Customized Travel Planning:
•Design personalized travel itineraries that reflect clients' preferences, budgets, and interests for memorable experiences.
•Coordinate with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to confirm bookings and manage any changes.
Travel Documentation and Payment Management:
•Ensure all travel documentation, including passports, visas, and insurance, is current and prepared.
•Process payments, transactions, and ticket issuance in alignment with company policies.
Issue Resolution and Client Care:
•Address and resolve any client concerns during their travels to maximize satisfaction.
•Work closely with travel stakeholders like airlines and hotels to resolve issues related to delays, accommodation adjustments, or unexpected changes.
Travel Product Expertise and Continuous Research:
•Stay updated on industry trends, travel news, and destination information to deliver accurate and relevant advice.
•Research new travel offerings to expand available services and enhance the client experience.
Administrative and Documentation Management:
•Accurately record client interactions, bookings, payments, and other key information in company databases.
•Provide clients with travel documents, confirmations, and itineraries in a timely manner.
