Our client, a large firm based in the NY area is currently looking for a Call Center Representative to begin working right away!

Pay Range: $17-19/hour

Responsibilities:

• Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and attention to detail
