Job Description : The Nurse Manager of Mother-Baby is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Mother-Baby Unit. This includes ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care, managing staff, and overseeing the unit's budget and resources. The Nurse Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing unit-specific policies and procedures.
Required Skills :
- Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Mother-Baby Unit.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card.
- NRP Certification.
Preferred Skills :
- Advanced degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience managing a team of nurses and support staff.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for providing high-quality patient care.
