The Business Development Manager will focus on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the maritime industry. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, representing the shipyard at trade events, and using technical knowledge to communicate our service offerings effectively. The role requires strong industry expertise, interpersonal skills, and a track record in business development.

· - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

· - 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the maritime, shipbuilding, or heavy industry.

· - Strong understanding of shipyard operations and vessel lifecycle management.

· - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
