Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Planner SME to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. This position will be supporting the A28- Capabilities based planning.
The Senior Planner SME shall assist ACC and the USAF in conducting studies, analyses, and evaluations in support of task definitions, acquisition, force modernization and research, and capability development activities of the Global Integrated Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (GIISR) environment. The Senior Planner SME will provide expertise in the development of the annual GIISR Mission Analysis related to the JADC2 Sensing Grid components of sensing, sense making, information integration and orchestration. The Senior Planner SME will use knowledge of and experience with analysis, specifications, design, development, implementation/integration, and acquisition of AF capability and systems requirements to assist the Government in developing and providing inputs to Scientific and Technical initiatives. The Senior Planner SME will monitor the GIISR portfolio within the Defense Resource Allocation Plan (dRAP) for any changes and lead/manage corrective actions with HAF A8.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
Specific support tasks are as follows:
- Shall identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging multi-discipline ISR technologies and nonmaterial solutions in support of Service Core Function planning and programming.
- Participate with, advise, and assist ACC A2, Cross Functional Support Team (CFST) lead integrator, Sensing Grid Components Champions, and the ACC GIISR Weapon Systems Teams in varying aspects of capability-based operational requirement development, PPBES support, integration management, configuration management, training, and test and
- Maintain proficiency to and continually conduct reviews of the GIISR portfolio of the draft Resource Allocation Plan (dRAP). When unexpected modifications to the dRAP are discovered, the Contractor shall investigate the cause of the modification and coordinate with the appropriate offices for resolution.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute email updates, conference calls, and video teleconferences related to GIISR CFST activities to initiate development of Intelligence contributions to the annual mission analysis, prioritization of enabling technologies, and planning force initiatives.
- Support ACC A2 management and development of the biannual AF ISR Needs Analysis process and guide efforts of ACC staff and NAFs to document gaps in capability and capacity in accordance with instructions from AF process owners. The Contractor shall integrate these results into the GIISR mission analysis and other CFT activities.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience operating within the GIISR enterprise, preferably with program management and/or plans experience.
