Job Description - Will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, paying special attention to customer specific requirements
- Will be required to stand/lift/bend the entire shift and able to lift 65 pounds
- Must be experienced in driving motorized material handling equipment
- Will independently perform housekeeping aisle audits on a routine basis
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a team environment as well as be able to independently plan work activities and meet daily productivity goals.
- Must be detail oriented and able to perform basic mathematical functions
- Is able to plan and carryout movement or flow of materials or products in a productive manner
- Assure that accurate customer orders are completed with efficiency
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent with a preferred minimum of 2 years prior picking/warehouse experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision at times
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the division and externally
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines as assigned
Competencies
- Understanding of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculations of percentages, measurement conversions).
- Time Management and Communication Skills
- Must be dependable, have good attendance, be punctual, and have a positive attitude
- Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame.
