Position Description: Hospital: Summit Location: Address: 5655 Frist Blvd Unit Name: Women’s/NICU Building: 2 nd floor Cost Center: 660/670 General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 24 LDRP and 10 NICU · Patient Ratios : 1:1-2 pts, 1:4 Postpartum, 1:4 Well Infants, 1:2-3 NICU · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RN,UC, PCT, Lactation · Type of equipment : Fetal Monitoring, Alaris IV Pumps · Documentation system: CPN · Scheduling requirements: 12 hours 6:30-6:30 · Floating policy: No · Patient Experience requirements: Fetal Monitoring, NRP, ACLS Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Fetal Monitoring Must have : Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Labor, C-Section Certifications Required: Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Black and Hot Pink Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. ·
