    Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia for an 8-week contract with a 36 or 48-hour guarantee.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years is required; 1st time travelers are accepted.
  • Patient population ranges from adults to geriatrics.
  • General skills and work setting requirements include caring for patients with ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT.
  • Notable unit systems include Pyxis, Epic, SBAR.
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue.
  • Ratio/Census: 1:2-3 with an average daily census of 19 in 24 rooms.
  • No RTO. Weekends: Every other weekend.
  • Floating within the facility may be required.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Candidate must be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient.
  • Block scheduling is not guaranteed; No Travel Pairs.
  • Pre-Screen: Candidate will be reviewed by clinical for fit, and further by manager for final decision.
    Schedule Information
  • 8 Week Holiday Incentive for travelers starting on the posted date, willing to work certain holidays.
    Unit Specific Information
  • No Travel Pairs regardless if one is on another unit.
  • Floating: Yes, within facility.
    Additional Details
  • Travelers must be available to work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Locals accepted at the same rate.
  • Photo ID required.
