    Certification Details
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • CNOR (preferred)
  • Active IL RN license
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience required
  • No first-timers
  • 1 weekend shift per month required
  • On-call required: 1 per week
  • Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
  • Active IL license required
  • All requested time off must be reviewed and approved by manager
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 5x8 Days (0645-1515)
  • Client may call off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment
    Additional Details
  • A legible copy of a driver’s license or US ID card is required
  • Parking permit required, no cost
  • Will not accommodate block schedule
  • Will work with all service lines except CV
  • Level I trauma experience required
  • Specific case skills/experiences are required in a variety of surgeries
