    Job Details
  • We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to:
  • Work on a recently renovated 12-bed neuroscience critical care unit with the opportunity to support both IMC and ICU level of care.
  • Care for adult patients with a variety of neurology, neurosurgical and stroke conditions that can include ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, cerebral aneurysm, and other neurovascular diseases.
  • Utilize strong critical thinking skills and provide interventions that may include vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, feeding tubes, drains, frequent assessments, and more.
  • Work with a dynamic and supportive team of nurses that are an integral part of our nationally recognized neuroscience programs committed to providing expert care.
    Job Requirements
  • ICU experience required.
  • Neurosurgery experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to work with ICU and IMC patient populations.
  • Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years.
  • Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
  • Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience.
  • Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start (not for clinic positions).

  • Current assignment dates: 10/7/24 - 1/4/25.
  • Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.

  • Assigned to a 12-bed neuroscience critical care unit within a nationally recognized neuroscience program.

  • Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
