    Job Requirements
  • 2 Years of experience required
  • Current/valid ID including front and back copies.
  • State License - Copy of Professional License
  • State License 1 Verification required within 30 days of start.
  • NIH Stroke Certification required for certain specialties (facility is Level II Trauma Center)
  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam to be completed annually
    Schedule Information
  • Weekend requirements for LDRP are 2 weekends every 6 weeks.

  • Scrub Color: No specific colors, but no camouflage or character patterns.
