Local CDL A Driver | Reading, PA | $26.50/hr + Overtime

Position Details :

• Pay : $26.50 per hour + OT after 40 hours
• Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional layover (once a week)
• Work Hours : Early morning start times to avoid traffic in major cities
• Freight : Hauling palletized industrial goods in dry van trailers
• No-touch freight
• Drop and hook deliveries to local warehouses
• Yard Jockey Work : Drivers may occasionally jockey trailers around the yard after completing driving assignments (using an automatic jockey truck with hydraulic wheel)
• Potential Driving Areas : CT, VA, NJ, PA (back and forth between local warehouses)

Requirements :

• Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Must be 25 years or older
• Tanker endorsement is a plus (helpful for hauling liquids in totes but not required for driving)
• Strong work history and safety record
