Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Roanoke, IN area . We're hiring for all shifts and the pay rate is $16.97/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
n
n- n
Remove dust dirt grease and waste material from machines
n n- n
Change filters and make small repairs such as gondola wheels, restroom dispenser repairs, etc
n n- n
Patch aisles and roadways
n n- n
Paint or tape aisle and roadway striping both interior and exterior as assigned
n n- n
Sign fabrication
n n- n
Replace plaster or plaster board
n n- n
Paint walls ceilings and trim of building
n n- n
Furnish industrial maintenance repairer with materials tools and supplies as well as assistance
n n- n
Clean work area tools and equipment
n n- n
Move furniture
n n- n
Dispose of used material red tag hazards
n n- n
Hang mirror balls/diverters
n n- n
Install ceiling tiles
n n- n
Outdoor tasks including spreading gravel or small landscape jobs
n n- n
Assist with kitting process maintain equipment such as scrubbers and walk behinds
n n
