Job Title: Quality Professional I Location: Brighton, CO Duration: full-time Job Type: full-time Work Type: Hybrid General Purpose: The Quality Professional role is an opportunity to build a career in Quality with the global name in wind power. In this position, you will coordinate with regional operations management to influence quality performance across various parameters. You will support the Service organization on quality-related topics and interact with colleagues from various wind farm sites while having close access to manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities - Collaborate with the entire value chain (includes design, supply chain, manufacturing, construction, and service) to resolve highest priority, quality issues in Service Operation Analyze quality data to identify trends and initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis using structure problem solving methods.
- Ensure reoccurrence prevention.
- Coordinate with wind farm sites, customers, and global counterparts on quality performance
- Monitor and manage activities related to reducing cost of poor quality and downtime and improving customer satisfaction.
Essential functions: - Basic computer literacy with word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Willing to work flexible hours (coordinating with various time zones)
- Ability to travel to wind farms and Vestas' locations, as needed (10%)
- Regular and reliable attendance
Competencies - Have a quality mindset and an enthusiasm for recurrence prevention.
- Effectively communicate with a cross-functional and cross-regional teams and internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or other technical discipline or a combination of experience and education
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of teams.
