Our firm offers a complete rang of Commercial HVAC services throughout New York & New Jersey.nnJob Summary:nnThe primary function of the Assistant HVAC Service Coordinator is to plan and oversee the entire HVAC Service Department in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Service Coordinator deals directly with field workers, clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure day to day operations begin and end with minimal error.nnResponsibilities and Duties:nnOversee and ensure HVAC Service Department meets budget and schedule timeline in accordance to the scope of work.nnOversee HVAC service technicians on a daily basisnnAssist HVAC Service Technicians with troubleshootingnnCoordinate, schedule and manage work orders.nnOversee purchasing of all parts, equipment and material for the service department.nnPerform job visits, and inspections.nnOversee all aspects of quotes, write proposals, and general correspondence.nnReview department in-depth for potential liability and roadblocks.nnQualifications:nnMinimum 5 Years of HVAC Management ExperiencennMinimum Associates DegreennProficient with MS Word and ExcelnnEye for detail, accuracy is imperativennAble to meet deadlinesnnExcellent oral and written communication skillsnnExcellent organizational and analytical skillsnnAbility to be an effective team member and display initiativennWe are proud to offer:nnCompetitive SalarynnIncentivesnnExcellent Training ProgramsnnPTOnnMedicalnn401KnnPowered by JazzHR
