The HR Coordinator is self-motivated, actively engaged with people and demonstrates care, respect and passion for restaurant employees, managers and guests. This candidate provides supervision, audit, innovation and HR support across all of the organization’s restaurants. The HR Coordinator will be expected to partner and execute the work a long side the General Manager, Area Supervisor, Operations Manager and members of leadership. The individual executes at a high level to build a high performing team culture. The candidate should have strong communication skills, and the ability to liaise with peers and leadership to carry out a full range of duties and responsibilities. Principal accountabilities will vary depending on the needs of the restaurant(s) and organization. The HR Coordinator reports to the Director of Human Resources.nnJob Dutiesnn• Human Resourcesnn• Workforce Planning, Staffing and Talent ManagementnnWork EnvironmentnnThe working environment will consist of both office and restaurant settings in Ventura County and North San Fernando Valley. Hours of work could include evenings and weekends.
