We are on the lookout for an innovative Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement to spearhead the creation and execution of a cutting-edge customer experience strategy. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer-centric initiatives that resonate with our company’s vision while addressing the evolving needs of our clients. You will oversee the implementation team to guarantee seamless onboarding and integration of AI-powered solutions. Moreover, you will build and scale customer success and support teams that proactively tackle customer needs to ensure satisfaction and success.
As the voice of our customers within the organization, you will gather valuable insights to influence product enhancements and nurture strong relationships with key clients, facilitating the adoption of additional products and services.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience, success, or support roles, with a preference for backgrounds in B2B SaaS or AI-focused companies. Exceptional leadership skills are crucial as you will be responsible for building and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be deeply analytical, possess outstanding communication skills, and exhibit a strong customer-centric approach. Experience in the construction industry or similar sectors will be a plus.
