Job Overview:

n
• Schedule: 12 days on the road, 48 hours off every other weekend.
n
• Routes: Over-the-road (OTR), primarily east of I-35 with occasional variations depending on freight.
n
• Mileage: 2,000–2,200 miles per week on average (subject to load availability and HOS).
n
• Freight: No-touch freight for your convenience.
n
• Drop & Hook: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
n
• City Restrictions: No NYC or borough deliveries.
n

Equipment & Support:

n
• Trucks: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 and newer).
n
• Driver Support: 24/7 assistance available.
n

Pay Structure:

n
• 0-5 Months: $0.57/mile
n
• 6-11 Months: $0.58/mile
n
• 12-23 Months: $0.60/mile
n
• 2-9 Years: $0.62/mile
n
• 10+ Years: $0.64/mile
n

Additional Pay:

n
• Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours.
n
• Layover/Breakdown: $100/day.
n
• Mileage Bonus: 3¢/mile for safe, productive driving (after the first month).
n
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days.

Rider & Pet Policy:

n
• Riders: Must be 10+ years old (under 18 with guardian approval).
n
• Pets: 1 dog or 1 cat (max 80 lbs). No aggressive breeds.
