Job Description - Site Management & Supervision : Lead all on-site activities, including supervising subcontractors, trades, and laborers. Ensure all site personnel adhere to project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Project Scheduling & Coordination : Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the project manager. Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and efficient project progression.
- Quality Assurance & Control : Monitor all phases of construction to ensure high-quality work that meets or exceeds project specifications and standards. Conduct regular inspections to verify quality and compliance.
- Safety Management : Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies. Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure proper use of safety equipment by all personnel.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making : Quickly identify and resolve project-related issues to keep the job on track. Work closely with project managers to implement solutions and make adjustments to minimize project disruptions.
- Communication & Reporting : Serve as the main point of contact on-site for project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports as necessary.
- Inspection & Compliance : Coordinate with local inspectors and regulatory agencies to ensure the project complies with building codes and regulations. Conduct final inspections and assist with project close-out documentation.

The Successful Applicant - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and site management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to build rapport with various trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and inspection processes.
