Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of electrical work on multi-family construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate production crews, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct inspections and enforce safety standards on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent, particularly in multi-family construction.
• Strong understanding of managing and coordinating production crews.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
• Local candidates only; relocation not available.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000.
• Health benefits allowance provided.
• Truck Allowance.
• Fuel reimbursement.
• PTO.
