Normandeau Associates, Inc., an employee-owned environmental consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Professional/Custodian, for their Bedford, NH corporate office location. This location consists of 2 small office buildings and a boat shed/garage area.
Responsibilities:
- General office cleaning 2-3 times per week including:
- dusting, vacuuming, sweeping hardwood/vinyl floors, emptying trash and recycling from all offices; cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors; re-stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms.
- other light maintenance duties as assigned
- Carpet installation and removal
- Ceiling tile/lightbulb replacement
- Moving furniture
- Painting offices and common areas
- Grounds maintenance
- General building maintenance
Qualifications: - Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items.
- Able to stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and maneuver within confined spaces
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Salary: - $15-$18 per hour, Flex-schedule, preferably 1-7 PM or similar, Monday-Friday - No Holidays or weekends
