Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The ability to troubleshoot problems and work efficiently is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with equipment, fixtures, and systems as they arise.
• Perform routine landscaping duties, including mowing, weeding, trimming hedges, and maintaining bushes.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and ensure functionality.
• Address and repair electrical wiring issues, following safety protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for all systems and equipment.
• Replace or repair various elements within units, including drywall, carpets, wooden flooring, grout, etc.
• Perform unit inspections as needed, ensuring compliance with standards and identifying any necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for on-call duties as needed.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical fixtures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
