Primary responsibilities will include:nnOperate vacuum melting equipment.nnTroubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.nnMaintain accurate and detailed logs.nnWork to detailed and controlled work instructions.nnExecutes minor maintenance.nnRepairs and replaces furnace components.nnChecks and maintains furnace fluid levels.nnPrepares and sets up furnace for following shift.nnPerforms housekeeping activities to keep machines and work area clean.nnSweeps and mops work area.nnScrapes and cleans mold and melt chambers of furnaces.nnComplies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.nnPerforms other work-related duties, as assigned.nnMust be available to work off shift (2nd, 3rd, and weekend crew)nnBasic Qualifications:nnHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.nnMinimum of two years of work experience, or six months continuous manufacturing experience.nn?Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
