For more information, visit our website, or connect with us on LinkedIn or X.nnResponsibilitiesnnWork in a professional manner with other maintenance personnel as needed to keep all equipment in top working order resulting in only quality product being released to the customer.nnTroubleshoot, remove and replace different types of electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and optic systems.nnPre-inspect parts or equipment to be repaired to determine what parts, supplies, forms, tools, tool repair and shop equipment are required; and communicate with Maintenance Manager.nnRead programmable controller information to diagnose complex problems.nnDiagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls.nnReplace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears and related equipment.nnCommunicate with other plant personnel when requested to, to review deficiencies.nnAccurately log all work performed.nnMaintain work areas in a clean orderly manner.nnOperate a forklift safely and efficiently.nnBe thoroughly familiar with plant lockout/tag out procedures, electrical safety, hazard communication program, personal protective equipment and other safety programs and apply these procedures when working on equipment.nnOther duties and/or jobs as assigned.nnThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for the performance of this position. Talented in troubleshooting industrial motors, starters, controls, and panels.nnHigh school education or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.nnGood hand and eye coordination is essential.nnDemonstrated dexterity in using hand tools.nnAbility to lift 100 pounds and carry 50 pounds safely.nnAbility to intermittently sit, bend, climb, twist, crouch, reach, and lower.nnExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required to transfer and to interpret the explanation of problems and to receive and understand work assignments.nnPREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESnnInjection molding machine abilities preferred.nnElectrical back ground preferrednnAbility to operate a forklift safely and professionally.nnSchedule: This is a weekend shift Friday - Sunday 645A- 645P and 645P - 645A. 2 positions per shift. 12 hour shifts. Pay for 40 Hours.
