Job Details REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5+ years of civil engineering experience, Degree in engineering, EIT or ability to obtain it, pursuing PE
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design of residential developments, master planning, entitlements, multi-family developments, commercial site design, infrastructure design including roadway, water systems, sanitary sewer systems, feasibility studies, earthwork analysis, contract administration including bidding and construction services, stormwater management studies, designs including storm sewer, detention ponds, and LID options, erosion prevention and sediment control plans and observation and decentralized wastewater systems.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, including hydrology, hydraulics, and utility designs for water and sewer systems
- Manage projects from initial concept to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client satisfaction
- Develop and review civil plans, specifications, contracts, SWPPP documents, and permit applications
- Coordinate closely with clients, conduct meetings, and provide representation at government and public events
- Oversee project schedules, perform peer reviews, and engage in construction administration services
