Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, preferably in the mortgage industry.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of real estate law, particularly real estate financing.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements and documents.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
