The desired candidate will have:
- Thorough knowledge and appreciation of Italian Cuisine and Culture
- Excellent Italian wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality and wine program management experience is preferred
- Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
- Wine Certification is preferred
