Material Handler-Hours: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm (occasional OT required)
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in (Elgin IL,) within the manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a friendly passionate person to join a great team as a Grinder Operator. A charismatic person that loves to be detail orientated organize, punctual, and working in industrial environment.
Pay: $16.00 p/hr
Key Deliverables:

Ensures inventory accuracy meets management expectation

Executes picking and put-away of materials

Executes inventory cycle counts and material reconciliations

Ensures packaging of finished goods is completed seamlessly to sustain production runs

Complies with all procedures and policies concerning quality and medical device regulations

Ensures compliance with a safe work environment according to federal, state, and Northgate policies and OSHA if applicable

Perform other work-related duties and special projects as required

Minimum Required Education and Experiences:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to read and write and communicate in English

Basic computer literacy

Able to learn NTI warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) and obtain required certificates

Preferred Skills And Knowledge:

Prior experience with an ERP system

Previous experience within an industrial environment

Previous inventory management experience

Experience within medical devices referred

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment

Standing for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours per day

Noise level is moderate

Ability to positively react to a constant changing environment, subject to priority changes and short notice activity
