Position Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Fielder to support Product Manager Terrestrial Spectrum Warfare (PdM TSW) with the planning, coordination, and execution of fielding activities and equipment management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide fielding and product support coordination; manpower and personnel; supply support; support and test equipment; training and training materials and devices; technical data; property transfer; briefings and equipment handling, storage, transportation, and facilities for one or more acquisition programs.
- Perform the full range of planning, liaison, equipment delivery and property transfer. Oversight of equipment and classroom set up, configuration, training, and field exercises.
- Coordinate material fielding agreements with the gaining command and assure logistic support resources meet the users need.
- Establish and maintain fielding schedules for planning, managing, testing, deploying various systems.
- Implement PEO/DA/DOD policy and procedures of acquisition to provide support of the program managers requirement to field fully supportable systems/equipment and meeting operational requirements for the Soldier in the field.
- Resolve complex logistics problems affecting numerous activities and units spread over large geographical areas.
- Develop and initiate the implementation of corrective actions and program enhancements.
- Prepare, deliver, coordinate, evaluate and review fielding management and planning documents.
- Coordinate with COMSEC manager, SSO, and gaining unit to ensure vital sensitive material is properly documented and shipped.
- Provide travel costs and documents to contractor and Government budget teams.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience in development, planning and scheduling for the delivery of military systems or equipment
- Experienced with documents required to track, stock ship and account for end items
- Experience with planning, coordinating, and executing material fielding activities and fielding development.
- Experience developing and maintaining fielding schedules and documentation.
- Military logistics experience as it pertains to shipping, receiving, transferring, and tracking equipment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and execute quality tasks on-time
- Must have attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Clearance
- Minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant fielding and training experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree desired, additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge and experience with AR 770-2, Material Fielding
- TS/SCI
Other Requirements:
- Physical requirements include ability to stand, walk and lift 35 pounds.
- 30% travel required to Army and contractor locations around the world
