Start Date: ASAP after credentialing - Ongoing
Schedule: Full-Time 8s, 10s, 12s
On-call/Callback: 1 week per month required with 1 weekend call can be in house or at hotel 30 min reporting time
Procedures: Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, OB, peds, Regional, Thoracic, Urology, GYN
EMR system: EPIC
Supervising CRNAs 1:4 Ratio No Medical Direction Required
Credentialing: 14 days for temps and 45 days for full privileges
