Job Description
Life Care Center of Marysville is a long-term care and post-acute care facility, well known for its extraordinary customer service, high-quality nursing and therapy services, and high employee morale and retention. We are currently looking for a Occupational Therapist for Full-Time, PRN, or PRN float pool positions. Float Associates will work between multiple facilities in the North Seattle, WA area.
Competitive pay--up to $55 per hour (for PRN positions)
  • Full time: $40-$50/hour DOE
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus/loan repayment for Full-time

The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT)
  • Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e mail
  • Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility
  • Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
  • Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care's Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
  • Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately
  • Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
