    *Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:*
  • Assess and treat patients.
  • Maintain patient documentation.
  • Innovate and develop therapy programs.
  • Foster communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
  • Share expertise through in-service presentations.
  • Contribute to departmental excellence.
  • Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per regulations.
