PeopleShare is seeking skilled and dedicated Electricians! The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and installations, with the ability to plan and execute tasks effectively and efficiently. This role involves working on new and modified electrical installations while adhering to local and national codes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
Electrician Details:
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Pay Rate: $20 - $28 per hour
Electrician Responsibilities:

• Install new or modified electrical systems consistent with local and national codes.
• Plan installations to minimize material waste, provide future maintenance access, and ensure safety and reliability.
• Follow diagrams, blueprints, and interpret specifications to complete projects.
• Apply journeyman-level skills to install and repair electrical systems, which may include diagnosing and repairing air-conditioning, refrigeration, or other mechanical equipment as needed.
• Perform tasks and comply with schedules, attendance, and other requirements as outlined by company policies or project needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Electrical Shop and main facility.
• Demonstrate safe work habits, adhering to company safety policies, including Haz-Com, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Space policies.

Electrician Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Familiarity with bending and running conduit, PLCs and AC/DC wiring
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
