Duties:
•Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging data into a CRM or ERP
•Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information
•Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
•Communicating across departments to ensure compliance with service standards and policies
•Applying Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste, improving information flow and productivity
Requirements:
•Proven customer service experience, interacting with customers and internal teams
•Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and Epicor preferred)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
