State Farm Agency, located in Edinburg, TX has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a low-pressure, high-reward customer service position for someone who is motivated and has a passion for helping others!
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support our awesome sales team! Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude. Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

- Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Must have the ability to commute to our local Edinburg, TX location, this is an in-office position.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements: - Property and Casualty license must be able to obtain
- Insurance experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
