Blende is seeking a passionate and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This multi-faceted, full-time role supports patient case management, combining healthcare management, casework responsibilities, sales, customer service and financial management. -Treatment planning, case management, patient and clinician scheduling
-Patient payments, insurance claims support and financial reporting

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
-2-5 years of experience working in hospitality, sales, Customer Service (phone ediquitte)
-Comfortable with medium-high volume of phone calls
-Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
-Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients and fellow team members
-Proficiency with MS Office applicationsWord, Excel, Outlook
-Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
-Healthcare/ medical practice environment or any customer/client-facing role
-Experience checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing/filing patient charts with clinical administrative background
Experience using Dentrix, MondayBoard, and/or Slack
