A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER As a Customer Service Representative / Teller, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide excellent customer service. Serving as the first point of contact for our customers, you greet each individual cheerfully and take the time to genuinely listen to their needs. You take pleasure in building relationships and getting to know them by name.
Thriving in our fast-paced financial environment, you accurately and efficiently handle routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments. You prioritize tasks effectively and stay updated on all the latest regulations and policies. Most importantly, you take pride in leaving a positive impression on every customer you serve!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER - High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of clerical or administrative experience OR equivalent training
- Customer service skills
WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time day position working Monday through Friday with a frequent Saturday morning rotation.
