Billing Clerk

Job Description:
The Billing Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. sales team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Process accounts receivable invoices through Vendor Management system
- Reconcile invoices and statements with vendor management system
- Process credit card payments and receipts
- Enter data into vendor management system for invoices processed by sales team
- Data entry of new vendor information into the system
- Process customer returns and exchanges via vendor management system
- Data entry of new customer information into the system
- Process customer credit applications and applications via vendor management system
- Data entry of new customer information into the system
- Process customer warranty requests and provides warranty information to sales team or production department (as needed) via vendor management system
- Other duties as assigned by Sales Team or Production Manager
Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
•Minimum of 1 year of related experience in related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
